HUSTLE BREAK TOKYO 10th Anniversary Party – Main Event (Day 2 Report)
The Centerpiece of a 3-Day Celebration
From March 7 to 9, 2025, HUSTLE BREAK TOKYO celebrated its 10th anniversary with a three-day series of events.
The highlight was the main anniversary party on Day 2, held on Saturday, March 8 at Machida Pario.
This event marked a major milestone in HBT’s journey of building community through dance.
International Guests and Diverse Showcases
We welcomed special guests Kido & Sandra from Poland and Julien & Taylor from Canada.
Alongside dancers from across Japan, they helped create an energetic space filled with New Style Hustle showcases, social dancing, and freestyle sessions that bridged generations and dance styles.
A More Open and Inclusive Space, Made Possible by Crowdfunding
With support from crowdfunding, we were able to provide free drinks and light snacks, as well as upgraded sound and lighting equipment.
We also offered free admission to children and guests requiring assistance, aiming to create a more inclusive space for all.
Special Guests from the Noto Peninsula and Local Hospitality
The event also featured heartfelt participation from friends in the Noto Peninsula, a region still recovering from recent disasters:
- Kato-san, head of the disaster-area media platform MuTube
- Yuuki-san, son of the family that runs Motoya Supermarket in Wajima, supporting both locals and volunteers with lodging and meals
- Sana-chan, host of the stay-in izakaya “Tsuchi to Disco”
They brought local sake and snacks from Noto, which were shared freely at the event.
Their presence and generosity created meaningful connections between urban and rural communities, and between dancers and those working on the ground in regional Japan.
Looking Ahead to the Next 10 Years
This party was both a celebration of the past and a step forward into the future.
As HUSTLE BREAK TOKYO continues to grow, we remain committed to creating spaces where people can connect through dance and culture.

HUSTLE BREAK TOKYO 10周年パーティ（3日間のうち2日目）
3日間にわたる記念イベントのメインパーティ
2025年3月7日から9日までの3日間、HUSTLE BREAK TOKYOは10周年を記念して様々なイベントを開催しました。
その中心となったのが、2日目（3月8日・土）に町田パリオで開催されたメインパーティです。
HBTが10年にわたって築いてきたコミュニティの歩みを祝う、特別な一日となりました。
海外ゲストと多様なショーケース
ポーランドからkido & sandra、カナダからjulien & taylorを迎え、全国各地のダンサーとともに、New Style Hustleのショーケースやセッションが展開されました。世代やジャンルを超えた交流が生まれ、会場は終始にぎわいに包まれていました。
クラウドファンディングによって実現した“ひらかれた空間”
クラウドファンディングで寄せられた支援により、ドリンクや軽食の無料提供、音響・照明演出の強化が実現。
また、子ども連れの方や介助が必要な方々への一部無料招待も行い、誰もが安心して参加できる空間づくりに取り組みました。
能登半島からの特別なゲストと、地元の味の提供
この日は、復興の途上にある能登半島からも仲間たちが駆けつけてくれました。
彼らが持参してくれた地元の地酒やおつまみは、会場でフリードリンクとして提供され、来場者同士の交流のきっかけとなりました。都市と地域、ダンサーと地域の実践者が自然につながる、温かいひとときでした。
次の10年へ
今回の10周年パーティは、これまでの集大成であり、同時にこれからの歩みのスタートでもあります。
